Yoga is available on Sundays at 9:00am (60 mins).

*Saturday 10am CFFW will offer a free beginner’s class with a special WOD designed for newcomers. There will also be a regular WOD at 10am so beginners can observe an average CF class.

**On ramp classes are  M, T, TH 10am & 6:30pm and Saturday at 10am
