On Ramp is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes. The movements we perform are unique and take time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly. You will be educated on what CrossFit is and why we think it is a great way to get you fit. The group size is no more than 6 people, which allows for a more personal and dedicated environment with other individuals like yourself. Come prepared to sweat a little, we will be throwing in a little workout every day. Customers must complete the 2 week On Ramp which consists of 6 (90) minutes sessions before joining regular classes.

$99 for first month. Includes two week On Ramp and two weeks unlimited classes, then auto-enroll $165 for unlimited membership thereafter.

On Ramp class times are Mon, Tues, and Thurs at 6:00pm-7:30pm. Sessions will start every 2 weeks. Participants that join a session must complete all 6 classes of the course before graduating to regular classes. If an athlete cannot make a scheduled group On Ramp class, they must schedule a private one on one class ($50 per On Ramp session) with a trainer to makeup missed content. click here to join now!

On Ramp start dates:
5/21, 6/4, 6/18, 7/2, 7/16, 7,30, 8/6, 8/20

New members must start on the On Ramp start date. No late entries, if you miss the start date you must wait for the next cycle.

Private On Ramp $300 + tax.

If you are unable to make group On Ramp classes you may schedule a private On Ramp. Private On Ramp consists of (6) 60 minute sessions scheduled at your convenience plus 2 weeks of unlimited classes.

$330 for the first month, then auto-enroll $165 for unlimited membership thereafter.
