You might fall into one of two categories when it comes to starting Crossfit.
You aren’t sure yet but your curiosity is piqued. We invite you to come and workout with us. Your first time is free. We’d love to meet you and introduce you to the gym and answer any questions you might have. If you don’t want to be that committed on the first visit you are welcome to just observe what happens during the class time. Free beginner WODS, Saturdays at 10am.
You know that Crossfit is for you and are ready to go. We look forward to meeting you. If you are new to Crossfit please come to our free beginner’s class on Saturday mornings at 10am. We also offer a beginner’s workshop to new members every Saturday at 11am-1:00pm. The beginner’s workshop is for CFFW members only, you must sign up for a one month trial membership to attend the workshop. Please email email@example.com to reserve your spot. If you can’t make the Saturday beginner’s workshop you can schedule a one on one session with a trainer for $150 + tax, this includes your first month and beginner’s workshop. If you are a seasoned Crossfitter, just show up at one of our classes about 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and get familiar with our box.
