On Ramp is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes. The movements we perform are unique and take time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly. You will be educated on what CrossFit is and why we think it is a great way to get you fit. The group size is no more than 8 people, which allows for a more personal and dedicated environment with other individuals like yourself. Come prepared to sweat a little, we will be throwing in a little workout every day. Customers must complete 10 On Ramp classes before joining regular classes but may stay in On Ramp as long as they wish.
Or, take your first class free on Saturday at 10am!
On Ramp class times are Mon, Tues, and Thurs at 10am & 6:15pm and Sat at 10am.
The Fine Print
•Offer is good for new clients only
•Experienced Crossfitters may join any of our regularly scheduled classes
•Customers new to Crossfit must attend the On Ramp classes only. On Ramp classes are taught by a Crossfit Level 1 trainer and are capped at 8 participants.
•On Ramp classes are available Mon, Tues, and Thurs at 10am and 6:15pm and Saturday at 10am.
•Customers need to complete 10 On Ramp classes before joining regular classes but may stay in the On Ramp classes as long as they wish.
•Must RSVP for classes online 24 hours prior to start time.
•Fill out waiver and health screening online
