Before and after pictures are extremely important to visually gauge your progress. You are going to lose fat but you’re also going to replace it with a lot of lean muscle mass which weighs more. The challenge requirements are to take a before picture and weigh yourself on the gym’s scale. We also suggest your take measurements to track your own progress. If you have a pair of jeans or pants that are too tight or a pair of “goal/skinny” jeans, dress, bathing suit etc. Bring it to the gym and leave it with us during the 45 day challenge. Take a picture of yourself in your goal clothing item before so you can compare the fit at the end of the challenge. These ideas are not part of the challenge, but I guarantee they are extra incentives and will be quite rewarding after 45 days of hardwork.

Your success is much more than the number on the scale, so do the extra work before the challenge and prepare to celebrate your success after.
